Voter Registration
Residents can register to vote at the Merrimac Town Clerk's office, by mail-in registration or at the Registry of Motor Vehicles. Complete voter registration information is posted on the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Elections Division website. Please note that changes made to census forms do not constitute a voter registration.
Absentee Ballots
Absentee Ballots are available at the Merrimac Town Clerk's office. A written request with the signature of the voter may be used or an official form may be obtained at the office. The ballot may be applied for by a relative, for example a student away at school. Ballots will be mailed or may be voted at the office, during regular office hours.
