Details
The Site is Open Every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Municipal Sticker is required and can be purchased for $20 at Selectmen's office, Town Hall, 4 School St. A valid vehicle registration must be presented at the time of purchase.
- Open April 6, 2019 through November 30, 2019 (weather permitting).
- Grass, clippings, and leaves accepted every Saturday. Additionally, brush is accepted on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays each month.
Brush will be allowed on these dates only: April 6, 20; May 4,18; June 1, 15; July 6, 20; August 3, 17; September 7, 21; October 5, 19; November 2, 16- Christmas Trees accepted on Saturday, January 11, 2020. Note: Tree drop off is at Mill Street site.
Sticker is not required for Christmas Tree drop off.
Location
Battis Road is the Yard Waste site for 2019.
The Yard Waste Site is located on Battis Road, take Church Street which becomes Highland Road, and Battis Road is the last left just before the New Hampshire border.
Town Stickers Required
The yard waste site is for residents only and is not for commercial use. Town stickers are required for making
Unibank
The Board of Selectmen's office has partnered with Unibank to be able to provide online payment options to its residents. With this service, you will be able to pay for your yard waste site sticker by using your credit/debit card or by using your bank account and emailing your vehicle registration. You can pick up your sticker at the Selectmen's office or have it mailed to you. (Additional .50 for postage applies. Please allow 3-5 business days for mailing).
Those over 65 and older must come to the office to pick up their sticker or provide license and registration information to have it mailed.
Leaves, Grass, & Clippings
Acceptable items include leaves, grass, and clippings. No garbage allowed. Take all
